Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  •  Our refund and returns policy applies only to items damaged during transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must share clear pictures of the damaged product with us within 4 hours of delivery of your shipment. If you fail to do so, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we request you to keep the original invoice for proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to us until you get confirmation from us.

Refunds

  • Once your returned product is inspected by our professionals, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once approved, you will receive a notification and a refund will be generated for your account as a gift card or to your source account as preferred by you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a message for the refund being credited yet, there are a few steps you can follow:

  • Kindly check your bank statement.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by the bank.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by the bank.

 If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@nestt.in.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nestt.co.in and we will share further instructions.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
